Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All sales made by Egye X LLC are final, as we specialize in used restaurant equipment sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its described condition. Buyers are encouraged to review photos and descriptions carefully and are welcome to inspect items in person at our Chicago location prior to purchase. If an item arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photos of the item and packaging, and retain all original packing materials. We will assist with filing a shipping claim and may issue a refund or replacement if appropriate. Refunds are processed only after the damage is confirmed and documented, the item is returned if required, and the shipping carrier completes its investigation. Orders can be canceled only before shipment; once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. For international orders, all sales are final, and we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs.
