We sell used restaurant equipment, and while we make every effort to describe products accurately, all items are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes only.

 

          All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and payment is due at the time of purchase through accepted methods such as cash, cashier check, or bank transfer.

          We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order if necessary. Shipping is available both domestically and internationally from our Chicago location. Delivery times may vary, and large or freight items may require a loading dock or liftgate at the destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise and for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

 

            Sales are generally final, and refunds or returns are only considered in cases of shipping damage or major discrepancies, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
