  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the item.

  • Freight Shipments: Larger equipment is shipped via freight and may require a loading dock or liftgate at the delivery location. We will contact you to confirm delivery details.

International Shipping

  • Global Delivery: We ship used restaurant equipment worldwide from our facility in Chicago, IL.

  • Shipping Quotes: International freight and shipping rates vary. Please contact us before purchasing for an accurate quote based on your location and item(s).

  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We will provide all necessary documentation to help with customs clearance.

  • Delivery Times: International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims

  • All shipments are insured. Please inspect your equipment upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, note it with the delivery driver immediately and take clear photos.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

Pickup & Local Delivery (Chicago Area)
​

  • Free local pickup is available from our warehouse in Chicago by appointment.

  • Local delivery within the Chicagoland area may be available for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
